Yes. Once the subscription is successfully activated on mana2.my, Premium access will be available across all supported platforms when users log in using the same MYTV Mana-Mana account.

From the second month onwards, the subscription will continue on a monthly recurring basis at RM5.00 per month, unless cancelled by the user. This campaign rate remains lower than the standard retail price of RM9.90 per month.

Subscription changes can only be made after the current subscription period has ended. Users must complete the active subscription before switching to a different plan.

You can watch MYTV Mana – Mana through any internet-connected device. MYTV Mana – Mana can be watched through an internet browser or through the MYTV Mana – Mana app, which is available for mobile devices, tablets, Google TV, streaming media players, and more.

For Free Users, there is no limit of devices to access MYTV Mana – Mana content. However, for Premium Users, maximum four (4) devices can be used at the same time.

Casting or screen mirroring is not supported on MYTV Mana – Mana.

Downloading shows for offline viewing is not supported on MYTV Mana – Mana.

Selected content on MYTV Mana – Mana offers subtitles option, but not multiple audio languages. You can select your preferred subtitle from the player settings if available.

Currently, MYTV Mana – Mana does not offer parental control features. However, Program ratings and descriptions are available for all content to serve as a guidance for the parents in selecting content that suits their children’s viewing preferences.

Video quality depends on your internet speed and network stability. MYTV Mana – Mana automatically adjusts the video resolution to ensure continuous playback with minimal buffering.

2. Verify that your device and operating system are supported—refer to the list of compatible devices.
3. Uninstall and reinstall the MYTV Mana - Mana app from the app store, then try playing the content again.

5. Disable any VPN—MYTV Mana – Mana won’t run while connected to one.
6. Clear your web or app cache to refresh stored data.
7. Check that your browser or app is updated to the latest version.

If you’re experiencing issues streaming Live TV or videos on MYTV Mana – Mana’s website, it could be due to several reasons:

1. Unstable or slow internet connection.

3. Enter your current password.

MYTV Mana – Mana does not lock your account even after multiple failed login attempts. If you’re having trouble logging in, try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page.

If you remember your registered email but forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by selecting the “Forgot Password” option on the Login page, and following instructions sent to your email.

However, if you’ve forgotten the email address used to register your account, please note that this feature is currently not supported through the system.

If you’re not receiving push notifications, it could be due to your device or app notification settings.

Please ensure the following:

1. Notifications are enabled for MYTV Mana – Mana app in your device settings.
2. You’re using the latest version of the app – try updating if you haven’t already.
