TERMS OF USE

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the information and services available on the device used to display MYTV Mana-Mana content (hereinafter referred to as the “Authorised Device(s)”) and/or the website, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. If you do not agree to these general Terms of Use, you are advised not to proceed any further with accessing and using the Authorised Device(s) and/or website. These Terms of Use are subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd (“MYTV”)’s sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any usage of MYTV Mana-Mana after such changes are posted.

1. MYTV MANA – MANA SERVICES

1.1. You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority, to access and use the MYTV Mana - Mana services. Minors may only access and use the services under the supervision of an adult.

1.2. During your use of MYTV Mana - Mana we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the MYTV Mana - Mana services and view MYTV Mana - Mana content. Except for the foregoing, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the services for public performances.

1.3. You may view the MYTV Mana - Mana content only in Malaysia, and use or viewing the content outside Malaysia may constitute a violation of international copyright and other laws.

1.4. The MYTV Mana - Mana services, including the content library, is regularly updated. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our services, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features and availability of MYTV Mana - Mana content.

1.5. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorised in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through the MYTV Mana - Mana services. You also agree not to: circumvent, remove, alter, deactivate, degrade or thwart any of the content protections in the MYTV Mana - Mana services; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the MYTV Mana - Mana services; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or other products or processes accessible through the MYTV Mana - Mana services; insert any code or product or manipulate the content of the MYTV Mana - Mana services in any way; or use any data mining, data gathering or extraction method. In addition, you agree not to upload, post, e-mail or otherwise send or transmit any material designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the MYTV Mana - Mana services, including any software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs. We may terminate or restrict your use of the MYTV Mana - Mana services if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the MYTV Mana - Mana services.

1.6. The quality of the display of the MYTV Mana - Mana content may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through , speed of your Internet connection and mobile data. High Definition (“HD”) availability is subject to your Internet services and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats, such as HD. You are responsible for all Internet access and mobile data charges. Please check with your Internet and mobile provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges. The time it takes to begin watching MYTV Mana - Mana content will vary based on a number of factors, including your location, available bandwidth at the time, the content you have selected and the configuration of your MYTV Mana - Mana Authorised Device(s).

1.7. MYTV Mana - Mana software is developed by, or for, MYTV and is designed to enable viewing of MYTV Mana - Mana content through MYTV Mana - Mana Authorised Devices. This software may vary by device and medium, and functionalities and features may also differ between devices. You acknowledge that the use of the services may require third party software that is subject to third party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive updated versions of the MYTV Mana - Mana and related third-party software.

1.8. You agree and understand that the MYTV Mana - Mana App may not be supported on selected smart TV models by such smart TV manufacturers as they may choose to discontinue support for the MYTV Mana - Mana App on such selected TV models. Your continued use of such smart TV shall be subject to the smart TV manufacturer terms which you agree to adhere to. You may refer to the smart TV manufacturer support terms in this instance. You further agree that in these circumstances, MYTV Mana - Mana will not be responsible or liable to you for your loss of access to the use of the MYTV Mana - Mana App on such smart TVs. Your use of the MYTV Mana - Mana App on other types of Authorised Device(s) will remain unaffected.

1.9. We may at our sole discretion:

1.9.1. include advertisements prior to, during and after any and/or all content; and
1.9.2. We are entitled to add or remove a device to/from the list of Authorised Device(s) from time to time without any prior notice or any liability to you.
1.9.3. to revise the MYTV Mana-Mana content and any fees associated with the MYTV Mana-Mana content and the MYTV Mana-Mana services at any time and will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of such revisions. Your continued use of the MYTV Mana-Mana services means you are deemed to have accepted such revisions.

1.10. MYTV reserves the right and shall be entitled, at any time to:

1.10.1. deactivate the MYTV Mana-Mana services at any time without notice to carry out system maintenance, upgrading, testing and/or repairs;
1.10.2. limit or suspend your access to the MYTV Mana-Mana services, without notice, where we are of the opinion that such action is appropriate as a result of your use of the MYTV Mana-Mana services or in the event that you breach any of these MYTV Mana-Mana Terms of Use;
1.10.3. expand, reduce, withdraw and/or modify any part of the MYTV Mana-Mana services, the MYTV Mana – Mana content;
1.10.4. remove, disable and/or suspend transmission or streaming of the MYTV Mana-Mana services or MYTV Mana-Mana content which we consider, in our sole opinion, breaches any applicable law, regulation or regulatory directive or to be otherwise unacceptable; and/or
1.10.5. MYTV Mana- Mana reserves the right at any time and from time to time to amend these Terms of Use and/or any other term and condition at its sole discretion without notice to you. Such amendments will take effect from such date as MYTV may determine, and MYTV may publish details of the amendments on the MYTV website and/or the MYTV Mana-Mana App, as soon as practicable. Your continued use of the MYTV Mana-Mana services after such amendments taking effect will constitute an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree to any of the terms of these MYTV Mana-Mana Terms of Use, including any amendments thereof, you may stop using the MYTV Mana-Mana services.

2. APPLICATIONS

You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (“Application(s)”) that interact with the MYTV Mana - Mana services. These Applications may import data related to your MYTV Mana - Mana account and activity and otherwise gather data from you. These Applications are provided solely as a convenience to you, and MYTV Mana - Mana is not responsible for such Applications. Such Applications are owned or operated by third parties that are not related to, with, or sponsored by MYTV Mana - Mana, and may not be authorized for use with our services in all countries. Use of such Application is at your own option and risk.

3. USE OF INFORMATION SUBMITTED

MYTV Mana - Mana is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, techniques or any other material contained in any communication you may send to us (“Feedback“), including responses to questionnaires or through postings to the MYTV Mana - Mana services, including the MYTV Mana - Mana and user interfaces, without further compensation, acknowledgement or payment to you for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and creating, modifying or improving the MYTV Mana - Mana services. In addition, you agree not to enforce any “moral rights” in and to the Feedback, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please note MYTV Mana - Mana does not accept unsolicited materials or ideas for contents, and is not responsible for the similarity of any of its content or programming in any media to materials or ideas transmitted to MYTV Mana - Mana. Should you send any unsolicited materials or ideas, you do so with the understanding that no additional consideration of any sort will be provided to you, and you are waiving any claim against MYTV Mana - Mana and its affiliates regarding the use of such materials and ideas, even if material or an idea is used that is substantially similar to the material or idea you sent.

4. COPYRIGHT

MYTV Mana - Mana respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. MYTV Mana - Mana enforces third party’s intellectual property rights and can, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. MYTV Mana - Mana will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the MYTV Mana - Mana platform and/or website.

The MYTV Mana - Mana services, including all content provided on the MYTV Mana - Mana services, and all MYTV Mana - Mana interfaces created for MYTV Mana - Mana -ready device including text, graphics, logos, designs, photographs, button icons, images, audio/video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software and its compilation is the property of MYTV Mana - Mana or its suppliers and is protected by copyright, trade secret or other intellectual property laws and treaties.

5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

5.1. Privacy

We collect personal information about you through and in connection with your use of the Authorised device and/or website and your use of MYTV Mana - Mana services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use, and which may be accessed from our home page.

5.2. Indemnity By You

You agree to indemnify and hold MYTV, any of its group of companies , its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable solicitors fees, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of any product or services, or any violation of these Terms of Use or of any law or the rights of any third party.

5.3. Personal Data And Information

We shall only use your Personal Data for the purpose you have provided. If you provide Personal Data for certain reasons, we may use the Personal Data in connection with the reasons for which the Personal Data was provided. Your Personal Data and information may also be used by us, our affiliates or our authorised third parties for the following reasons:

5.3.1. for the purposes of technical administration of the MYTV Mana-Mana services;
5.3.2. research and development;
5.3.3. statistical analysis;
5.3.4. customer administration;
5.3.5. profiling services preferences;
5.3.6. finance and marketing operations and activities and/or as required in the provision of our services including credit control services;
5.3.7. in compliance with any regulatory, statutory or legal obligation imposed on us by any relevant authority;
5.3.8. to operate and provide the MYTV Mana-Mana services to you;
5.3.9. to support your questions about the use of the MYTV Mana-Mana services;
5.3.10. to detect and prevent fraudulent activity;
5.3.11. to provide other goods and services either by us, our designated representatives and/or  business partners to you or parties designated by you and matters ancillary thereto;
5.3.12. to verify and process payment when you use the MYTV Mana-Mana services;
5.3.13. to verify and record your personal particulars, including comparing it with information from other sources and using the information to communicate with you;
5.3.14. to conduct market research of the users of the MYTV Mana-Mana services, including the number of users, the frequency of use, profile of users and using such analysis for our business plans, the enhancement of our products and services, targeted advertisements and conveying such information in broad aggregate terms to third parties who have or propose to have business dealings with us or our affiliates;
5.3.15. to send you information, promotions and updates, including marketing and advertising materials in relation to our goods and services and those of third-party organisations selected by us; and
5.3.16. in accordance with our Privacy Notice which is available at our website and home page.

6. LINKS AND ADVERTISEMENTS

6.1. The MYTV Mana - Mana Services, the MYTV Mana - Mana website and/or the MYTV Mana - Mana App may contain links to third party websites, including advertisements ("Linked Websites"). You agree that Linked Websites are necessary for us to provide the MYTV Mana - Mana services.

6.2. The Linked Websites are provided to you only as a convenience and as such we do not provide any form of representation and/or warranty, whether express or implied, for the use of such Linked Websites. We shall not be responsible if any of the Linked Websites are not working appropriately. We have no control over such websites and resources and shall not be responsible for the contents of any Linked Website or advertisement, including any link contained in a Linked Website and we do not endorse any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such websites or resources.

6.3. You are responsible for viewing and abiding by the privacy statements and terms of use posted at the Linked Websites, and for taking precaution to ensure that whatever you select for your use is free of viruses, worms, trojan horses and other items of a destructive nature. You hereby expressly relieve us from any liability arising from your use of Linked Websites.

6.4. Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) over the Linked Websites or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser, merchant or other third party. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly, or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such website or resource.

6.5. The purchase of any product or services from a merchant from a Linked Website is a transaction solely between you and that merchant, and any question or dispute you may have regarding any such product or services should be addressed directly to the responsible merchant. We have no responsibility or liability for any merchant or your relationship with such merchant.

6.6. We may use third-party advertising companies to track/collect information generated by you as part of the use of the MYTV Mana - Mana services and/or measure advertising effectiveness on the Linked Websites and our affiliate websites. These companies may use information about your visits to the Linked Websites and our affiliate websites to measure advertising effectiveness and to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

6.7. We may permit you to register for and log on to the MYTV Mana - Mana services via certain third-party services. The third party’s collection, use, and disclosure of your information will be subject to that third-party service’s privacy notice. Further information about how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you link your MYTV Mana - Mana services account with your account on any third-party services can be found in our Privacy Notice at Privacy Policy.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

7.1. You agree that the Premium Subscription Services is provided “as is” and without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our MYTV Mana-Mana content providers (and their affiliates) disclaim any representation or warranty whether express or implied:

7.1.1. as to the title, quality, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, completeness, or standard of quality and resolution of the Premium Subscription Services and/or any MYTV Mana-Mana content;
7.1.2. as to the transmission continuity and timeliness of the Premium Subscription Services and/or any MYTV Mana-Mana content;
7.1.3. that the MYTV Mana-Mana services will meet your requirements and/or be uninterrupted, without any delay or error free;
7.1.4. that your access to and use of the MYTV Mana-Mana services will be free of viruses, malicious code or other harmful components or otherwise secure;
7.1.5. to maintain the confidentiality of information (although our current practice is to maintain such confidentiality);
7.1.6. of the results to be obtained from use of any part of the MYTV Mana-Mana services and/or any MYTV Mana-Mana content, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in these Terms of Use.

7.2. You further agree and acknowledge that live events may be subject to change and we shall not be held liable for any cancellation, delay or change in the scheduling of any live event at any advertised time or the appearance of any team(s) or player(s) in any event.

7.3. MYTV does not represent or warrant that the products, services, or any part thereof, are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free or that products or services that are downloaded from the site are free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore, you should exercise caution in the use and downloading of any such content or materials and use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we expressly disclaim any liability for:

8.1.1. any damage to or loss of data suffered by you arising from your use of the Premium Subscription Services and/or any MYTV Mana-Mana content;
8.1.2. any claim based on contract, tort, or otherwise or any loss of revenue (whether direct or indirect), loss of profits or any consequential loss whether of an economic nature or not, arising from your use of the Linked Website and/or any MYTV Mana-Mana content;
8.1.3. any disruption, suspension, delay or failure of the MYTV Mana-Mana services or any part thereof which  is attributable to an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control; and
8.1.4. any infringement of intellectual property rights arising from your use of the Linked Website and/or streaming of any MYTV Mana-Mana content;

8.2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, MYTV’s liability to you for direct damages any (if applicable), and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you to MYTV for the services, but in no case will MYTV’s liability to you exceed RM100.00. You acknowledge that if no amount is paid by you to MYTV for the product or services, you shall be limited to injunctive relief only unless otherwise permitted by law, and you shall not be entitled to damages of any kind from MYTV, regardless of the cause of action.

9. LICENSES

9.1. You may, from time to time, be requested by us to download updates or upgrades for the MYTV Mana - Mana App and we hereby grant to you a non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for you to store, run and use the MYTV Mana - Mana App on your Authorised Device(s) in accordance with these MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use and any software licence which accompanies the MYTV Mana - Mana App.

9.2. You agree to download and install the latest MYTV Mana - Mana App on such Authorised Device(s) to be used by you for accessing the MYTV Mana - Mana services.

9.3. You acknowledge that we may refuse to provide the MYTV Mana - Mana services to you in the event you fail to successfully download and install the latest version of the MYTV Mana - Mana App on your Authorised Device(s) or if you attempt to access the MYTV Mana - Mana services from any device that is not an Authorised Device.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1. You accept that the agreement between you and us for the MYTV Mana - Mana services and the content is personal to you and agree not to transfer it to anyone else, or to try to do so without our prior written consent. However, we may take instructions from a person who we think, with good reason, is acting with your permission.

10.2. We can transfer our rights and obligations hereunder to any person or entity without your consent. We can also use an agent or subcontractor to perform our responsibilities.

10.3. When we need to contact you, we will use your e-mail address and/or telephone number that you have provided us for contacting you. If you need assistance of any kind, click on the menu icon at the bottom of the MYTV Mana - Mana and select “FAQ“. If you need to contact us, please contact us at hellomanamana@mytvbroadcasting.my.

10.4. Any notice or communication sent by us shall be treated as received by you immediately upon us sending the same.

10.5. If any provisions of these MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use shall be construed to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provisions shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the other provisions of these MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use. The illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision shall be amended to the extent necessary to make them legal, valid, or enforceable or, if not possible to do so, deleted from these MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use, but all other provisions of these MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any litigation or dispute in connection therewith shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Malaysia. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your local jurisdiction.

TERMS OF USE: MYTV MANA-MANA PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

These Terms of Use for Premium Subscription Services (“Subscription TOU”) govern your Premium Subscription Service on MYTV Mana-Mana. By subscribing to or using the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription, you agree to be bound by this Subscription TOU.

Please read this Subscription TOU carefully before subscribing to the services available on the device used to display MYTV Mana-Mana content (hereinafter referred to as the “Authorised Device(s)”) and/or the website, as they contain important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. If you do not agree to this Subscription TOU, you are advised not to proceed any further with the subscription of the Premium Subscription Services. This Subscription TOU is subject to change without prior written notice at any time, at MYTV Broadcasting Sdn Bhd (“MYTV” or “We”)’s sole discretion, and such changes shall apply to any purchases made after such changes are posted. Your subscription of the Premium Subscription Services and continuous use of MYTV Mana-Mana constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance to this Subscription TOU.

1. MYTV MANA – MANA PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

1.1. Registration & Subscription

1.1.1. You are required to register and subscribe to MYTV Mana-Mana Premium Subscription Services in order to gain access to the Premium Subscription Services.
1.1.2. By registering to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services, you agree to:

i. provide true, accurate and most recent information about yourself;
ii. promptly update your information or ensure that your information is up to date; and
iii. allow MYTV to access, preserve and disclose your personal information, if required to do so by the law, order or decree from court or otherwise in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary.

1.1.3. You may register as a MYTV Mana-Mana registered user of the website free of charge (a “User“). To become a User, submit your email address to MYTV Mana-Mana and create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

1.2. Discontinue use

1.2.1. You may discontinue use of your MYTV Mana-Mana account at any time. We do not provide refunds or credits for any payments made. To discontinue use, you would just have to simply sign out from MYTV Mana-Mana account.

1.3. Passwords & Account Access

1.3.1. You have access and control over the MYTV Mana-Mana account. Your control is exercised through use of your password and therefore to maintain exclusive control, you should not reveal your password to anyone and should maintain control over the MYTV Mana-Mana enabled devices that are used to access the MYTV Mana-Mana service. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the truth and accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.
1.3.2. The MYTV Mana-Mana service and any content viewed through the service are for your personal and non-commercial use only and may not be shared with individuals beyond your household. By sharing the MYTV Mana-Mana service password or allowing others to access your account, you agree to be responsible for assuring that these household subscribers comply with these Terms of Use for Premium Subscription Services, and you shall be responsible for the actions of the household subscribers.
1.3.3. You should be mindful of any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in identity theft. Always access your sensitive account information by going directly to the MYTV Mana-Mana website and not through a hyperlink in an email or any other electronic communication, even if it looks official. MYTV Mana-Mana reserves the right to place any account on hold anytime with or without notification to the subscriber or member in order to protect itself and its partners from what it believes to be fraudulent activity.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

2.1. You may choose to pay and subscribe to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services by any of the following payment methods (each a "Payment Method") by using:

i. a valid credit or debit card (issued in Malaysia), or
ii. online banking, or
iii. or e-wallet which payment will be processed via a payment gateway.

2.2. Payment method(s) availability may be updated by MYTV from time to time as would be made available during the subscription of the Services.

2.3. In selecting any of the Payment Methods set out in Clause 2.1 above, you shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the Payment Method(s) which may apply to you accordingly. You are advised to refer to the relevant terms and conditions before providing your details to any such third party. We shall not be responsible for the information shared with any such third party and will not be held liable for any damages, loss and/or expenses that you may suffer by doing so.

2.4. You must provide a valid and accepted payment method to initiate the recurring payment process (Subscription process found in FAQ page).

2.5. You are responsible for ensuring that their payment method details, such as credit card information or other payment account details, are accurate and up to date.

2.6. In the event of an unsuccessful payment transaction due to an expired or invalid payment method, you may be required to update your payment details or provide an alternative payment method promptly to avoid service interruption.

2.7. The following shall be determined based on the subscription package that you have selected:

i. the duration of your access to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription;
ii. the type and number of Authorised Device(s) allowed for concurrency viewing;
iii. any other added features or functions and validity period.

2.8. Subscription and Payment Authorization

i. By subscribing to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services, you authorize MYTV to charge your selected Payment Method, as specified during the subscription process.
ii. You agree that your subscription for the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services will automatically terminate upon expiry of the specific package as subscribed according to the selected duration of the package subscribed by you.

3. BILLING

3.1. All payments for purchases of or subscriptions to any of the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services are payable in advance and, to the extent permissible by law, we will not refund any subscription fees and/or payment that is already paid, and we will also not refund you for partial time periods or unused portions of your subscription to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services.

3.2. For the avoidance of doubt, any package subscribed by you will expire as described in item 2.8 (ii) above. To continue access to the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services, you will have to repurchase/resubscribe the relevant package for the desired duration of time for the package.

3.3. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

3.4. You will receive an electronic invoice or receipt for each payment charged to their selected Payment Method.

3.5. MYTV reserves the right and shall be entitled, at any time to change the subscription packs and pricing for the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services from time to time, provided that the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Unless otherwise required by law, we will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any significant change in our plans or fees to give you an opportunity to cancel your subscription before such change takes effect should you wish to do so.

4. CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION

4.1. MYTV Mana-Mana Premium Subscription Services operates under a strict no refund policy.

4.2. MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription Services will automatically terminate upon expiry of the specific package as subscribed according to the selected duration of the package subscribed by you.

4.4. MYTV reserves the right to terminate your subscription and services for violation of the Platform's terms of service or any applicable laws.

4.5. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to the MYTV Mana-Mana Premium Subscription Services, and any remaining subscription period will be forfeited without a refund.

5. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

5.1. MYTV will handle your personal and payment information in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.

5.2. MYTV employs reasonable security measures to protect your payment information; however, it cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.3. All information we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Notice which forms part of this Subscription TOU, which may be accessed from our home page.

6. APPLICATIONS

6.1. You may encounter third-party applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software, or other software utilities) (“Application(s)”) that interact with the MYTV Mana-Mana Premium Subscription Service. These Applications may import data related to your MYTV Mana-Mana account and activity and otherwise gather data from you. These Applications are provided solely as a convenience to you, and MYTV is not responsible for such Applications. Such applications are owned or operated by third parties that are not related to, with, or sponsored by MYTV, and may not be authorized for use with our service in all countries. Use of an application is at your own option and risk.

7. AD REMOVAL

i. Video On Demand (VOD): All external VOD ads will be removed for both Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) and Advertising Video On Demand (AVOD) titles.
ii. Live TV: All pre-roll ads before the start of live TV streams will be removed.

8. PERMITTED ADS

8.1. While the MYTV Mana – Mana Premium Subscription significantly reduces advertising, you may still encounter the following:

i. Internal Promotions: You may see promotional content for MYTV Mana - Mana and its MYTV subsidiaries. These promotions may highlight other shows, features, or offers within the MYTV Mana - Mana platform.
ii. Live TV: All pre-roll ads before the start of live TV streams will be removed.
iii. Feed Ads: Advertisements may appear within the content feed or between different content rails on the MYTV Mana - Mana platform.
iv. Splash Ads: Occasional splash ads may be displayed when you launch the MYTV Mana - Mana app.

9. GENERAL MYTV MANA-MANA TERMS & CONDITIONS

9.1. These Subscription TOU are supplemental to the general MYTV Mana - Mana Terms of Use, which continue to apply to your access and use of the MYTV Mana - Mana.

9.2. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the MYTV Mana-Mana Term of Use and the Subscription TOU, the Subscription TOU shall prevail solely with respect to your subscription and use of the Premium Subscription Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and any litigation or dispute in connection therewith shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Malaysia. These terms will not limit any consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your local jurisdiction.
